How to use Active Wallpaper
- Install the theme as you normally would….This gives you the colors, icons, and cursors. Your desktop will have a blank screen or X- Boxes floating. ( Depends on the type of applet ) It may be easier to download the matching Active wallpaper file.
- Now you are ready to install the applet.
- Go to your CONTROL PANEL…click on APPEARANCES AND THEMES.
- A new page comes up….click on DISPLAY.
- A display comes up…at the top click on DESKTOP.
- A new display comes up….toward the middle…find the BROWSE BUTTON..click on it.
- Go to YOUR DOCUMENTS or else folder…this is where you have saved your applet.
- Find the applet folder..Click OPEN
- Now click on html theme page….now click APPLY.
- Your active wallpaper should appear on your desktop screen.
For a Plain Wallpaper, copy the JPG to your Pictures and
